Entrance Doors, French Doors, Sash Windows, Casement Windows
Norton7

A striking family home set in a charming area of Torquay. Our client came to us with hopes of replacing a range of outdated uPVC products with high quality timber windows and doors. Our surveyor worked closely with the clients on the design of new windows and doors to ensure we made the best use of space and enhanced the unique, south facing façade.

Dark oak stained Accoya, was the hardware of choice to frame the enviable sea views, perfectly finished with polished brass ironmongery.

Starting on the ground floor, the unpleasant floor to ceiling uPVC was replaced with sliding sash windows. The previously wide, inward opening casement windows were replaced by our practical and aesthetically pleasing sliding sash windows. Centrally located, full height French doors were chosen to pave way to the sun terrace and gardens beyond.

At First floor level, all dated uPVC casement windows were replaced with our slimline high-performance windows to perfectly frame the far-reaching views across Torbay.

Externally, a stunning outbuilding door was spray finished black, again with polished brass ironmongery and a multipoint locking system.

No detail was overlooked throughout the design, manufacture and installation process ensuring our clients exacting standards were met.

“Our whole experience with JTP Joinery from the first point of contact to the very end was nothing but professional. Extremely good customer service and very high quality work. The fitters, Chris and Aaron, were extremely professional and incredibly clean and tidy. Tayler and Phil kept us updated throughout the project and answered any queries promptly. At the end of the job the work was quality assured by Tayler. We will definitely be using JTP Joinery again. Highly recommended.”
